At Tivoli Gardens all employees take part in enchanting our guests and creating engaging experiences. We are great colleagues with a common goal and our joy and commitment is infectious to our guests. We are curious and good at what we do – we have more than 70 different professions, all the way through the gardens and into the offices.

On the first day of the season we all meet at the Main Entrance to welcome the first guests to Tivoli Gardens. We greet and wave, and we know each other across departments and professions.

Tivoli Gardens was founded in 1843 and we are approximately 2000 employees who try our best to preserve and develop Tivoli Gardens’ brand and history while we are here. We are each proud to leave our small individual imprint. Tivoli is always like never before.
